The Wolf-Cubs Handbook

New York: Boy Scouts of America, 1918. First American Edition. Original wraps. 12mo., 230 pgs., decorated stapled covers, illustrations by Baden Powell, index. Small chip to top front corner. A couple of small stains to the front cover. Edges of the covers have some moderate wear. Faint signature to the front cover in ink by "A. R. Bagley". The gluing on the inside of spine has dried making the cover loose from the text block. Has not affected the outward appearance of the spine. Could be reglued. -- Binding is tight and the book is internally clean. Good +. Item #9000

The Wolf Cub's Handbook was adopted as The Boy Scouts Association's official handbook for its Wolf Cubs program. Translations were made into a number of languages.
