The company's products were distributed as well, through Steinzeugwerke Hhr Grenzhausen Gmbh marketing organisation between 1912-1914. By 1972 the company was called Merkelbach Manufaktur. On the 25th February 1986, the company was purchased by Goebel, to become Merkelbach Manufaktur W. Goebel KG. The company was by then re-named Manufaktur Merkelbach GmbH and re-registered on 6th December 1988.
