"Andrew Taylor Still, DO was the founder of osteopathy and osteopathic medicine. He was also a physician and surgeon, author, inventor and Kansas territorial and state legislator. In 1899, Still published his second book, Philosophy of Osteopathy. Still published his third book, The Philosophy and Mechanical Principles of Osteopathy, with publication date 1902, and copyright date 1892.
